character boost for alt

so i have my main character on 1800 now and thought time for a boost. so i bought the character boost that will skip lightfall campaign and boost you to the soft power cap which is 1750 and u get the gear for that with the boost,. now my issue is i never got the gear/softcap boost and still 1600 power.. how do i fix that?
