How to alternate fire Quicksilver Storm?

I'm hitting the secondary fire button, but it's not launching grenades. Is Alt Fire different than secondary fire?

you hold reload and it will switch to a one shot grenade launcher for max 3 shots

ive had it since they released the early purchase. It's great focused fire and single target damage is solid. Unfortunately we mostly deal with hordes vs one on one targets.

I am always having to float back to Ostea strega because that is still the best gun....Quicksilver storm good, but not good enough to de-throne the Witch Queen Deluxe packaged gun. (which sucks I expected a better gun to especially for dropping 100 bucks last year)

The grenades won't kill you by the way...you can close range use it. The aoe is weak range, but the dps is ok. the biggest headache is the switch time between using it and regular fire is terrible in mid combat.

Enjoy the gun, but if you have the OS.....it will not be as good as it.

when you see on the left bottom corner grenades X 3 then you hold R to switch to launch mode. Fire the three grenades then reload to dps auto rifle primary fire then rinse and repeat.
