How to start witch queen campaign without the DLC ?

You would need to complete the intro mission to Savathun’s Throne World. Once this is completed, the Enclave will be available to you.

Are you also getting a grayed out "Court of Savathun, Throne World" icon that says it's at "Destination unlock progress: XP 0/0" with a "Destiny 2: The Witch Queen" Expansion icon next to it that only tells you to purchase the DLC? Same issue here. I had started playing again and just finished the new Lightfall first mission. Wanted to finish the first mission for The Witch Queen because I have a milestone mission saying to complete "The Arrival", but I can't find the starting button for it anywhere.

Yep, something with lightfall caused some of my new friends to not be able to access the arrival mission even though its one of their milestones. Its showing grayed out "Court of Savathun, Throne World" icon that says it's at "Destination unlock progress: XP 0/0" with a "Destiny 2: The Witch Queen" Expansion icon next to it that only tells you to purchase the DLC. lol

bruh i havent seen any solution. they ended up getting witch queen since its on sale for $16. i wish bungo would notice

I am also having this same issue. 0/0 XP to unlock court of savathun destination, and the mission shows up in the milestones tab.

I am a ftp and found a way to do the mission first you need to go into a vanguard and get into a vanguard map the is on the court of savathun, throne world then from there open your map and find the banner for the arrival quest

For everyone having the 0/0 XP issue, if you have a friend that owns the expansion, you can join them, then they launch the mission

it worked for me, make sure u finish the mission
