I recently got into playing destiny, and I bought Forsaken, Shadowkeep, beyond light and the witch queen, I believe Forsaken is the earliest dlc and I am wondering how do I start it?

The Forsaken campaign is no longer available for play. There are still various smaller stories and events at The Dreaming City, but the main campaign isn't accessible anymore. (It used to begin automatically when one went to The Tangled Shore).

These days, the oldest story available is Shadowkeep, which start if you go to the Moon location.

Forsaken's content has largely been removed. All that remains are the exotic weapons, the dungeon, the raid, and the Dreaming City (along with the Blind Well activity).

Hi! also new to destiny 2 and also bought the legacy dlcs. So shadowkeep is gone, and the moon is where we start shadowkeep. Where do i start beyond light and witchqueen??

Hello there ! Nope, Shadowkeep is still up, it's Forsaken that's been removed ! Shadowkeep starts on the moon, Beyond Light starts on Europa and With Queen start on Mars (on the left). Have fun !
