Lightfall’s writing is real bad, but this single, tiny aspect is not why.
Thats the sad part. The story telling is horrible. BUT the gameplay is top notch. I can even look beyond the small ish patrol zones and Neomuna general design, but yea...soo many plot holes.
Wont stop me from playing, ill live in the new raid as usual anyway but still. The story is a major issue.
i sure as hell did not like that young character, at all. first impressions matter, and that char felt so out of place.. like an anime superhero. wont comment on the looks tho. theres just something wrong.
Players should be upset the MacGuffin you're chasing is never explained, or that Strand just shows up out of no where for seemingly no reason and that's never addressed, or that the events of final cutscene mean nothing because the player has no idea what's happening and nothing changes, or that the NPCs you talk to in the tower after that cutscene act like something very different and nonsensical just happened but then don't really react to it. That's the stuff wrong with Lightfall. Nimbus is just dumber looking, more annoying Cayde.
