Main Game Size After Lightfall
My friend who owns Lightfall is struggling to install it due to its size. He wonders if the main game will be like 200gb after lightfall, or if it will just be 105gb.

As most DLC are it will be added content so yes it will be downloaded and added to game size

"Destiny 2, including all expansions and updates, has the following storage requirements for each platform. Please note that some platforms require additional storage space during the download and install process:

PlayStation 5
Install Size: 102.6 GB*
Storage Space Needed for Pre-Load: 102.6 GB

Steam
Install Size: 102.60 GB*
Storage Space Needed for Pre-Load: 233.2 GB"

You basically download the whole client again, so it either counts the current client or it needs x2 space for unpacking.

PS5 is lower since it overwrites the old client and doesn't need to decrypt files. PS5 players who managed to download the update could launch the game, but couldn't get past login screen
