Triumphs Seal for Steam Achievement

Hello! I am trying to 100% the Steam achievements for D2, but I'm having trouble figuring out what exactly it means by a "Triumphs Seal." I have 7 seals in total: Seraph, Scallywag, Reaper, Splintered, Flamekeeper, Star Baker (Gilded), and Ghost Writer (Guilded). Apparently, none of these count as a "Triumphs Seal" for Steam. So that begs the question: What does count?
