Voice chat not working

I don't know how to join voice chat after I join a fireteam on pc. Can somebody help

it does work, just that nobody uses it

You mean the team voice chat or the fireteam voice chat? You should be able to manipulate your default join settings in the settings under "social". If you want to change what voice channel you are in on the fly, you can pull out your ghost and press the arrow keys to change channels.

Fireteam chat I join an LFG and I see them talking but nobody responds and I can't hear them and my things doesn't show up as being picked up

Try setting whatever you're using as your mic and speakers to default in your OS settings (make sure to restart your game). I've had a friend that had this problem but it sorta just fixed itself one day and I can't really explain why.
