If I were to buy Lightfall the normal edition would there be a way to upgrade to the 100$ without having to buy all passes and content with silver in game?

The annual bundle is an upfront thing that you can't upgrade to later. Each season you can buy the pass, but the annual bundle is only available in the beginning.

You CAN upgrade to the deluxe edition, but that upgrade is not available yet.

Honestly if you have the money get the Deluxe edition. It may seem expensive but the price tag is litterrally just what the total sum of the base DLC + the Dungeon pack and 4 seasons is anyway. Not only that but by getting the deluxe you get your hands on a pretty neat weapon early (Quicksilver Storm) and some neat cosmetics and goodies. If you intend to play a decent amount of Destiny over the next year it is well worth the price tag.

Just be aware if u spent a tons of time with this game sooner or later u'll get burn out, this will hit even harder if u dont have a group of friends to play with. If this is the case i recommend getting just Lightfall and buy the individual season pass when u wanted to play.

I am right in saying the exotic auto only comes with deluxe as im getting the version that only comes with season 20 as its way cheaper as im a casual player

The quicksilver storm will be available to everyone when season 20 launches, though all deluxe edition owners will get access to the catalyst during season 20 (it will be available to everyone else some time later). Pre-ordering the deluxe edition will get you the exotic right now.

I thought about just buying lightfall and maybe buy the season pass once it goes on sale
