I Bought Witch Queen Deluxe but I did not get Season 19 Pass

I bought it because of the sale, and I'm aware how little time there is left on Season 19. I logged into the game 12 hours after buying the DLC and the pass is not unlocked. Is there something I need to do to activate it?

If i remember correctly, it gives you enough silver to buy the season pass. So try looking at your store and see if you have the amount of silver for a season pass and there you go.

But ... do bear in mind ... there's 6 days left. Unless you're really hoping to unlock some Season Pass weapon patterns, you're probably better waiting until S20 starts, you'll get 13 weeks out of that.

It did not give me silver for a BP. I just got home 8 hours after making the post and I have the pass now. I guess there's a delay or something.

There is no delay in receiving the season passes. There was an issue with receiving them that has since been resolved.

Go to the Helm. Look at the map. The seasonal stuff starts there.

ive been in helm when i try to start the questline it says i need the season pass which i should have from the which queen deluxe. also when i look at my dlc in the in game store i dont even have the dungeon key for some reason.

Well, are you sure you bought Deluxe?

Deluxe editions have never functioned in this way and they've always provided direct access to the relevant seasons. The only time a deluxe edition has ever granted Silver was Shadowkeep where purchasing it a second time for another platform granted 3000 Silver (IIRC). This hasn't happened since as the current seasonal model has been fully established for several years now.

It gives you Season 16 17 18 19 access to content .... Don't think it gives you the Battle Pass if that is what you're asking.

Then again, I bought and finished my Battle Pass sesperately and if I am not mistaken, I was supposed to get 10 tier skips ... I did not get them at all. Not sure if they give it as tokens or of the bat.
