WQ Deluxe DLC not giving as advertised.

Before I go jump on Bungie, would anyone know any place the exotic Catalyst and Ornament
from the Deluxe package could be hiding??

I just came back after a yr. or so, got the Witch Queen Deluxe, and only got (other than the campaign and such) the exotic SMG. Not the Catalyst and Ornament as listed with the Deluxe version, both in Steam and the DLC description listed in-game.

I checked over the quests, checked the 'Exotic Assembler' in the vault area, and I even checked my Triumphs...no dice.

Honestly I was looking forward to the SMG more than the quest-line itself anyway. Regardless of it being a discounted package, it would be nice for once if they at least give what they say they would.

I'm a dum bass. Between being away for so long, and the fact I've been up 46hrs, I just remembered and got the quest for the Cat from Banshee.
And even though I don't normally care for Ornaments much, I'd like to see what this one would have looked like.

Osteo Striga's catalyst is a customization option when you reshape it, I don't believe there's a related quest. You just have to level the weapon up and reshape it with the catalyst. Which quest did Banshee give you, exactly?

When you craft Osteo Striga for the first time, the ornament just shows up on the weapon's ornament screen, shortly afterwards.

My recollection is that you do have to level the Osteo Striga up a bit before you can apply the Catalyst (level 10 I think?), but it's not a hard weapon to level.

Lol, now you really confused me, I don't even know what the Osteo is.
I'm talking about the Manticore SMG from Witch Queen.

"The Deluxe Edition includes Seasons 16-19, two Year-5 Dungeons, an Exotic SMG, catalyst, ornament, and an Exotic Sparrow."

I got blitzed with announcements when I logged back in, but none of them mentioned anything about the Sparrow or the Ornament.

And yes...I know how far behind I am. Having to take off for the better part of a year don't help either.

The Exotic SMG that the product page is talking about, the weapon that comes from the Witch Queen campaign content itself, is called 'Osteo Striga', it is a craftable weapon and is not given to you in complete form. To acquire this crafting pattern, you need to finish the Witch Queen campaign, which will let you craft it. The catalyst is part of its crafting options, and the ornament mentioned on the product page, is an ornament for this particular SMG and just becomes available once you craft the weapon.

So then, each of the 4 'Season of...' content drops introduced another Exotic weapon, one of which, Season 19/Season of the Seraph's, just happened to be another Exotic SMG, called The Manticore. Like the other weapons released seasonally (Grand Overture, Trespasser and Delicate Tomb), The Manticore has a catalyst quest, but there are no free ornaments for those four weapons.

Lastly, the deluxe edition Sparrow, 'Criticality of Quickness', should be available from Rahool at the Tower. But if he does not have it, check your Collections anyway as it might now be just added straight to it - Equipment/Sparrows/Season 16.

Yeah, I got the Sparrow in collection about 4hrs later. Knowing the normal process of Bungie, I should have expected as much.

Thx for clearing that up. Not used to any seasons starting with an exotic for rank 1.
