Is Powerful Friends getting reworked in Lightfall?

Idk if I was being lied to or not but is powerful friends being changed next season? I thought I heard that it won't act the same anymore or something? Can someone give me some clarity please.

They are doing sweeping changes to tons of mods, including the general charged with light system. It would be easiest to just wait a couple weeks to see how everything works.

We know that both mods will still be available and that they'll now both be able to be slotted on the same armour piece. I can't find the images right now so I'm not sure if we saw the energy ost for them but general consensus is that the stat bonuses will be reduced at the very least.

for ♥♥♥♥ sake building void hunter is already pain in the ass, now without stat boosts it`ll be even harder, just make base armor 65 and high-stat base 80
