I find his fears, the loss of his Ghost, his concerns about his legacy, his desire to still be relevant in what has become (unexpectedly) the twilight of his life, to be deeply enriching to the story.
The Final Death comes for us all. Even Guardians.
I started playing again, and it's now my go-to game. It's easy to get back into, and I really forgot how fun it was to play. There's lots to do, combat is very satisfying, the campaigns are fun to go through.
Just do it.
