Maybe read TWABs next time. They are giving actual statistics and why it's happening.
Divinity is still used frequently. Resilience will scale in a more logarithmic fashion instead of exponentially, meaning you can allocate mods to other sub-stats. These mechanics of the game don't vanish into obscurity. They're balanced so similar mechanics are in line with their use. locking into 100 resil and using a single weapon for the highest possible debuff in the game doesn't equate to balanced build variety. I'm not rooting for every change mind you, I still miss old abilities that missed the jump to subclass 3.0, and I think Ironbanner is sub par.
