Last Wish - wishing wall

Do you need to complete the raid to use the wishing wall? I'm looking for the easiest way to complete the last wish raid. My thought was maybe you could teleport to the last encounter and pop the achievement if you could finish it. This raid is extremely hard to find a team for. It's very long and no one wants to run it as it's old content. Tough spot for achievement hunters on this one!

There's no prerequisite for using the wall

you can only find a team at its pinnacle reward week. Other then that many people allready have 1k voice so this is why its hard. You can travel to riven which it can be easly cheese but queens walk is verry hard for new players.

nah you can use the wishing well from the start

but you can't solo the final boss (this is a raid)

Wait for last wish to become the weekly featured raid. Then use wish to get to riven. Then it should be pretty easy to find a team on d2 app to finish the raid.

They nerfed all melee multipliers this season, so I'm not sure it's possible anymore. There's also an encounter after that anyway
