Conqueror Seal
I probably already know the answer, but I assume I am unable to get the Seal since I don't have Shadowkeep? I need to complete 6 different GM's for the seal. And they only have 6 for this season including Scarlet Keep. Can someone confirm?

Not in one season I don't think. The nice thing about the guiding system is that the general seals don't reset like they use to back in the day, so you should be able to do it over time regardless of whether or not you have all the DLCs.

The base seal can be completed over multiple seasons, and you can even run the same GM over multiple seasons and have it still increment. For example, if you did the Scarlet Keep GM this season, and it appeared next season, completing it again will counts towards the seal again.

To gild the seal, however, you must do all of the available GMs in that particular season. Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware, every single season has had at least 2 expansion tied nightfalls, so a F2P can never gild the seal.
