So cause forsaken is a vaulted dlc at most, i don't have a clue how to get this achievement now. I know that it was for the last story mission i this dlc but now? please help

Do you own the forsaken pack? From my understanding you just need to enter the dreaming city but you still need to own some form of forsaken to unlock it.

Yes, bought the dlc today and even did some bounties from the only npc there
