dreaming city lost sector chamber of starlight

when i play this lost sector chamber of starlight the end level boss and guards do not load in i get an empty room so i cant open the chest this happens on all my characters how do i fix this glitch i also dont get the legendary lost sector icon either

I noticed at least with flying classes like the warlock/or titan you can fly over load triggers bricking the lost sector, if you go back far enough and then return to the boss room it should spawn everything needed. I have soft locked many campaign missions with this as well. And make sure to keep your boots on the ground about 80% of the lost sector/or anything that has load triggers, you can safely fly if need be in engagements. I have also seen this in strikes especially with the prison of elder's strike.

walk, NOT RUN, walk into the lost sector

no funny business. don't run, don't sprint, don't even think of having fun. if they can smell you having fun in a video game they won't spawn

I've also heard that some such bugs can be fixed by walking all the way in, then walking back out until things spawn, or some such.

Once you notice the boss room is empty, walk out until your HUD says Strand or whatever section you're in, then walking back to the point the HUD displays the Lost Sector name will activate the NPCs. This happens on some of Nessus' Lost Sectors, too.
