Any chance for the Iron Countershade shader to return?

Just yesterday I managed to reset my rank once in the Iron Banner and I forgot that IB lasted 1 week and not 2 weeks, is there any chance for the Iron Countershade shader to return in the next Iron Banner or somewhere in Eververse?

Legacy cosmetics are being added as drops in Lightfall but we do t know how often these will be updated or long it will be before any given item is added to the pool.

I hope they keep it on the rewards track for future IB returns so other people can get it too. It's so good, it's practically an ornament.

Looks dope! My 1st rank was reeeeeallyy tedious and slow but then when i was like 3 ranks in for the 2nd run (for shader) I came across this thing called "Loss Farming". Man, it was such a fast and fun way to complete it! Matches went from 15-20" to just under 2 minutes. And the KD is not affected, we just let the enemy team capture all 3 points, then just play to kill some dudes, it was honestly super fun and got to the shader in no time, probably took me 2 hours total.

Is that loss farming that you done including full iron banner armour and weapons equipped with challenges completed to increase the multiplier?

IB is supposed to be showing up 3 times a Season now. So ... it might show up again as early as mid March. You should check then, I don't know how often they change the rewards for IB, but it's definitely slower than most of the other stuff.

Also, you should try logging in to your account on Bungie's site. it's possible you might be able to claim the shader there. Items that you earn but didn't collect can sometimes be acquired there.

yep, full IB armor/ornamets + emblem to increase the multiplier. But even so, matches are so fast, 2-3 minutes, that the whole time to reset rank becomes super fast!

Whilst the Iron Banner armour set stays for a year or so the shader and emblem are changed every season. The only items that can be claimed from the website are the season pass rewards.

To get the shader you had to reset your rank 2 times and of course I had only done it once sadly.
