Le Monarque bow....
i know it is used for overload champions, what if i added bow anti barrier mod (artifact mod), is it stack or not? 1 weapon with overload + anti barrier?

Yeah, as said above, intrinsic champion abilities are not overidden by champ mods (see Eriana's vow this year, only good on barrier's, not unstoppable even with champ mod equipped)
