Might change once i try it with the catalyst (that increases draw & nock speed when deploying/shooting through a ring).
Even though it sounds weird, It seems like it was tailor made for harder content like grandmasters, and essentially grandmasters alone, The Incentive to stay far and in one relative area, It's a GM weapon for sure, especially this season.
It has a lot of competition for sure, It can't beat Le monarque's versatility and AOE poison damage, It can't beat ticuu's explosions and damage in general, and chaining ability, It *definitely* can't beat trinity's low-mid ad-clear king status, It's weird and kind of forces itself in a spot with ticuu.
All in all, I'd say it's situational, It's better in harder content where you can get those headshots, Anywhere else, Things die too fast and you progress to fast naturally for it to be effective, If we ever get content that requires you to stay in one place and defend (Ex. Defend Wellspring) It'd be really good there.
This is probably the best description of the bow, If anyone has a question about it this is probably the best explanation I can see being.
