Still worth doing Altars Of Sorrow?
I mean Shadowkeep is like 3 years old now so i'm guessing the guns are crap at this point since old expansions become mostly irrelevant after a year

As above it is the easiest place to get to that has tons of enemies, so Altars is great for anything that requires large amounts of kills. The weapons themselves though, no idea. I know the regular moon weapons, from the nightmare essence things, were updated at some point so they are fairly relevant, but I don't know if that update extended to the Altar weapons.

I mean if you want the weapons for whatever reason than ya, but there are certainly better options that are easier to obtain thanks to crafting.

The rewards are not that great. It does help with some bounties. It can be fun at times too.

the journey is important, not the destination

(pog for grinding out weapon levels and bounties, weapons are ♥♥♥♥)

I play it just cause it's fun to smash a bunch at once.

I use it for all the kill related bounties I always end up stacking up. It gets me through them fast. I always get gear that is underpowered compared to what I have so I never use it for infusing.

It's pretty much horde mode....I wish they had a master version of it tho with better rewards.
