I think it is better but Bungie completely ignored the players wishes. We wanted DARCI on the special weapon slot but instead they kept on the heavy slot. Unfortunate the heavy slot has way better exotic options.

At least it has better AE and AoE stats now.

Still no, It's a rapid fire (afaik) so it's damage output is even LESS than a lot of the more popular LEGENDARY snipers, Arc grenades also jolt, It's still garbage.

Nope. AE is pointless for a heavy sniper, and jolt can be caused via abilities/mods. They should've just made it the ultimate champion stunner by stunning the champions it highlights.
