Can't use rally flag anymore...?

So for some reason I'm no longer able to plant rally flags. Is there some game reason that causes that or just a bug of some kind?

Oh is it an item you need? I wasn't aware of that lol. I've just been using them since I started playing didn't know it was an item I had.

You can buy them from Hawthrone in the Tower, but they are rather expensive for new players. 10 banners for 30 shards or 50k glimmer.

You're in an instance that uses raid flags then, raid flags are from hawthorne as the other guy said. Rally flags are free and should always work.

Raid/Rally Banners are actually a consumable in your inventory. Hawthorne can give you 10 of them for 30 legendary shards or 30k glimmer. They stack up to 100, but you usually don't burn through them super quickly.

So to clarify more. 1) Raid banners were bungies response to people begging for ammo synths to come back. 2) Yes, as mentioned, they are a consumable, but after 100 they start a new stack in your inventory.
