Game does not show weekly Challenges/Flashpoints

Hey!

Im not sure what happend but i can't see the weekley Challenges anymore. Im GS 962 so that shouldnt be the Problem. Last time i played like 2 Years ago.

Did they change something in terms of gettin the weekly?
Do i have to do a quest before?

Everything i found on google about this was useless so maybe the glorius steamcommunity can help me :)

See that little glowing yellow icon on Mercury? it'll be the same symbol, different planet.
AFAIK currently, its Titan for this week.

Also, i dont believe they changed anything recently but i do know they like kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the whole side-menu thing in the director with the New Light update.

Yeah, not sure how it was shown before new light, but the weekly challenges are now the gold medallions attached to locations on destinations. Then shown over NPCs on location maps where applicable.

Also, as far as I know, daily challenges are gone.

Okey, thanks! But there a no Icons on Titan....thats my Problem :(

Might have to go to the tower and talk to somebody? Anyway they went back to the Destiny 1 style of things where you have to pick up bounties now. Each planet has 3 dailies, each activity has 2 weeklies.

A friend is having this problem and is a little over 900, did your challenges appear at 950?

With new light, there is actually a bit of questing to do before you unlock challenges I think.

It shouldn't be much more than talking to most of the people in the tower and maybe running a strike.

So, if you haven't followed through with the "go talk to XXXXX" new light quest line, try that.

OP each planet has some intro questing, pretty sure you have to do some of these before the flashpoints will show up.
Please let us know how you go as others seem to be having the same prob, I'm sure they would appreciate it.
