So when did Tarrabah have a 0 TTK?
Just wondering, love getting shredded in PVP because some dude has an Exotic SMG.

It's exotic perk, Ravenous Beast, was probably active

Tarrabah has always been decent, became better when they buffed SMG's and is really strong right now.. I'd say it's still a slept on weapon since you don't see it that often.

Ravenous beast TTK: ~0.4
