Why is this game takes 3mins to launch? (SOLVED)
Have it on a SSD, game launches as window 30sec or so then loading in game black/blue screen with witch queen then takes another 2mins to see my character selection.

Is there something missing? I have it on a i7 CPU 3.85GHz desktop with 8GB VRAM, 16GB RAM,

normal

because much like bethesda, bungie decided to just keep piling on updates to the same 2 decade old engine resulting in it being held together by crusty tape and sock lint.
everything loads slowly

I had never thought to do so, but I used a stop watch to time it, from launch to character choice was 1 min 9 sec.

You really think this game is on an unchanged 20 year old engine?

Have just tested the start time.
PC freshly started.
Steam starts automatically with Windows.
Click on Destiny2 icon.
Start time to orbit: 85 seconds.
With closed Steam it takes 10 seconds longer.
I think 2 minutes should be the maximum with an PC and SSD.

My Hardware is in the Profile.

What you are not realizing is that it isn't just loading a game from your SSD, it is sending a request to a server to establish a connection, waiting for for it establish that connection, then it requests your player data, then it has receive data from the server, send back a message that you have gotten said data. Even with blistering fast internet, that will still be limited by the data center it is talking too. Which I promise you is not blistering fast because that would be absurdly expensive.
PROBLEM SOLVED

Control Panel>Power Settings>Create new template or use High Performance>Advanced settings>A window will pop up>down below "Processor Management" set to Max CPU power to %99 and Min to %5 with system cooling policy:passive apply and ok. Now click the checkbox to use high performance you just edited.

Also put 999 mins to hard drives sleep

Destiny 2 ♥♥♥♥♥ Queen now runs faster at startup, also make sure disable fullscreen optimization thing from game exe right click properties.

Excuse me, now I can play thick hunter.
ALSO, nvidia control panel>global settings>set "Shader Cache" to 5GB total

Yea same here, Windows set up all the drives in the computer sleep after a short delay like 20mins or so, by putting 999 (minutes) hard drives and the SSDs will never shut down themselves, quite useful thing for desktop PCs,

Yes, all that sleep stuff is good for a laptop on battery, but I don't like it for anything else.
