Looking for a 1-2punch perk use mainly and both are kinetic, which is better for that use?

I like the wastelander more (better handling), but I am using the ragnhild-d as i have it crafted.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate Ragnhild-d and not keen on the wastlander either.
