Thoughts on the High Impact frame of Auto Rifles?

I've been using a Herod-C for the past two days, across Crucible, Vanguard, and Gambit. What's everyone else's opinion on them?

Those are the ones I see that aren't sunsetted.

Never cared much for False Promises or Chrysura Melo. Never had an Age-Old Bond.

Come To Pass is "okay", and is craftable, so ... put any Frame you want on it I guess. The ones I tend to prefer usually have either Adaptive or Precision Frames.

What are your thoughts about how the archetype performs in general?

Umm ... dunno, they just don't "wow" me much.

The Auto Rifles I like are:
Krait
Gnawing Hunger
Sweet Sorrow

Arctic Haze and Firefright are okay too.
(all of which are either Adaptives, Precisions or Rapid-Fire)

Krait imo is the go to if you want rate of fire and expect to be up close and personal.

For range and accuracy my personal favourites are Duty Bound, Tigerspite, Gnawing Hunger (when playing as void) and I'd say the Braytech Werewolf is quickly becoming one too.

auto rifles are kinda pointless in the current sandbox, they don't really excel at anything in particular and are outclassed by smg's and pulses

Eh, Herod-c will never be as good as hazard of the cast, An unrelated issue that gambit needs to just bring back it's old weapons like that.
