"If BattlEye is denied to install, Destiny 2 will be unable to launch. If players uninstall BattlEye or try to launch Destiny 2 from its installation folder instead of from Steam, Microsoft PC, or Epic Game Store's launcher, they will receive the PLUOT error code when signing in."
wants to play the game without anticheat
Citation needed.
You've yet to show anything to back that up.

No doubt there is a lot more information out there but you will need to look for that yourself. Even just the fact that it scans all your files and can send any file(s) on your drive to their servers should be more than enough of a red flag for anyone. Pretty much the biggest invasion of privacy.
Besides if they misuse it in anyway (private information) I’m sure there’s legal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for that.
Just my two cents don’t think either side is right or wrong
You're welcome to believe that if you want, did you even read that stuff you linked? Some discussions where some say it's bad and others say it's not, a video NOT showing local files being sent, that's not proof that BE is stepping out of bounds. Even the one making the claim said, game related files.
You have not shown solid evidence that BE is getting out of line, only that some people are making claims that it can and might. Windoze likely sends more information about you than BE.
If you want to play this game, you install BE, if not, move along and do something you are comfortable doing.
You must be new here, always assume it is misused/out of line until proven otherwise. They have yet to do so. You may be comfortable with the amount of access they have to your system/files/habits etc.(including sending it to their servers) but I'm not. Your 'Windoze' argument is also completely pointless as you can easily disable all that. Getting around/bypassing anticheats is not that simple however. I'm not gonna waste my time trying to either, as I have enough other games to play, all without the constant 'datamining/spying'.
If the game ever removes its BattlEye requirements then feel free to let me know, otherwise you are not needed here.
Remember that the links provided are from a minute or two of searching and I'm by no means saying they are the best sources. You are the one disagreeing with me so you can go find the information yourself. The topic was about the possibility to play in some form without using BattlEye. Besides, posts exposing widely-used anticheats aren't easy to find these days with all the censorship. There's a lot of money involved. Never forget that (user)data=money!
HA! It's absolutely hilarious that you think trukr is the one who's new here.
Let me put it to you this way, "you must be new here" if you think you can get away with using the "you must be new here" line on trukr.
In other words, you yanked those links out of your posterior and ... apparently ... hoped no one would actually read them?
You're the one making accusations, the burden of proof (that there's a problem with Battleye) lies with you.
