Should Malfeasance be placed within the Monument to Lost Lights?

Just curious if anyone else has this opinion, whether it be because of the performance of Malfeasance or due to the quest requirements in order to acquire it?

Na, work for it =P. It's a good weapon that is under utilized and honestly, I think it needs a rework/catalyst. Catalyst can do something as simple as make 3 shots trigger the explosion or something. 5 is rough.

Working for it has been a pain so far XD. But, based on discussions I've seen when asking the quest isn't worth the weapon due to being 180 and as you mentioned the lack of a catalyst for it.

Didn't Bungie say that they weren't going to be sun setting / vaulting any content in the future?

bungie wont vault anything anymore except seasonal activities after lightfall comes out

Why? It's primarily tied to Gambit and the only location related to it is still in the game.

NO, We don't have enough exotics like malf that are tied to grind quests, I love the idea of having to work for your exotic, and we get so many exotics handed to us now, or just lugged in the legendary lost sector pools, I Would genuinely rather our seasonal exotics not be given to us and rather be put in the questlines of the season it's related to, Like vox obscura (even though it wasnt the seasonal exotic)

Yes, if only because I'm never gonna do that annoying version of The Corrupted and play a bunch of gambit to get it. I'm all for cool quests to get exotics, but this one sucks.

Yeah, very hard to get and it is mediocre, hardly competes with most legendary 140s, and exotic 140s casually outperform it. Maybe with a Catalyst to boost some of its base stats at least, eg: +Desperado perk with the catalyst, +5 stability, +50% stacking flinch resist.
