Just purchased The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition and 30th Anniversary Pack and can't find any of the stuff I was supposed to get. And I still have to purchase a season pass?

Witch Queen deluxe comes with all four of this game year's season passes, you shouldn't need anything else. (there is an item on this season's reward track that can't be picked up without making progress in the seasonal questline, and gives a misleading message about needing the season pass. All you need to do is play the opening parts of the Season of Plunder questline.)

Xur at Xur's Treasure Hoard has the 'Streetwear' cosmetic set, that's the instant unlock from the 30th Anniversary content, he also has the quest for Gjallarhorn. Everything else is earned from triumphs or Grasp of Avarice.
For Witch Queen, check at Rahool for the deluxe Sparrow. The Exotic SMG, Osteo Striga, you get the crafting pattern for it after you complete the campaign, then you get the catalyst and ornament for it too.

Is it all properly downloaded first? If so, then the Risen and Haunted artifacts are acquired at the HELM in their respective locations which will let you play that content (Risen may require you to play through the first mission of Witch Queen if you haven't already done that).

30th anniversary should just be you talking to Xur at his Treasure Hold iirc; Gjallarhorn's quest may require you to talk to Shaw Han, or it might be found in the Quest Archive.

Gjallarhorn = Xur in Xur's Treasure hoard and then get the quest. You need to do Dungeon " Grasp of Avarice "
Gjallarhorn Catalyst = Dungeon Puzzle After the dungeon clear
Witchqueen Deluxe Reward = Master Rahool
Past Season Exotic = Bungie net - Seasonal Progress - Previous Season - Collect Exotic Weapon ( Trespassor sidearm )
Parasite = Exotic Quest after the Campaign complete
Dead Messanger = Go to HELM Wartable and get an exotic quest "Vox obscura"
Exotic Glaives = Exotic Quest after the Campaign complete

Big warning, ALL seasonal content will be removed when lightfall expansion drops. So you have a little over 1/4th of the available time, to make use of all seasonal content in witchqueen. Just take a look at lightfall expansion release date to know when the content will be gone.

We are currently in the 3rd season out of 4 seasons for witchqueen, the season ranks are reset at the end of each season, meaning, all rewards from that season from leveling up your artifact are impossible to obtain anymore. So all the rewards from this season, you have like 38 days or so to complete the 100 ranks to get all the rewards. It is possible to do this, but it will require some dedication for a new/returning player. My advice is for you to focus on doing bounties and season challenges as much as possible to get xp rewards more frequently, that is where you get the fastest xp early on. Doing activities also rewards xp but requires more time investment.

I'm telling you this, so you don't end up missing out on the rewards from this season, you should also create all 3 classes and collect the rewards for the season. Each character will have a armor set to collect from the rewards, and cosmetic ornaments for legendary armor.

There should also be a chest in the "Helm", that you can open ONCE per class, it will give you a set of legendary gear, including a good exotic heavy machine gun. You should open this chest on all 3 classes, i don't know if it is time limited by the current season or will be there untill lightfall releases. You should take advantage of it anyways and not let the chance of getting free gear go.
