How do I start Shadowkeep?

So I came back to this game after years to find out Bungie stole all the content away from me, but whatever. I wanna play some D2, so I got a cheap pack on GMG with 3 expansions (2 since Bungie stole the Forsaken too), but now I can't start the Shadowkeep campaign.

People keep telling me to go to the moon and that it should automatically start it, but It didn't. It puts me on the map and lets me talk to the green lady. That's all.

Am I missing something?

Try looking in the terminal to the left of the postmaster. Maybe the quest is there.

Did you check your quest log? Perhaps you've already progressed past the introductory quest.

I don't remember doing the intro quest for it. I did once log into the game and got spit straight into a campaign, but I left it. Did that break the game?

I can't find any quest related to Shadowkeep on the log. Is there a way to see completed quest?

That's too bad. Apparently even the game itself doesn't want you to play this disgusting shameful boring campaign.

I don't know. Maybe on a map of the moon somewhere in a corner there is a mission that can be launched?

G0d damn... I was already getting used to Bungie scamming me and stealing content I had previously paid for, but they aren't even competent enough to let someone quit the game mid intro and have said intro available for you to do at a later time... I guess they unintentionally stole yet another content from me...

Their support is through their forum... what an absolute joke... I've already played 17 hours on this character and now I think I'll be forced to start over to do that ♥♥♥♥. God this is so frustrating. When did Bungie become so scummy? I mean, even Activision was running this ♥♥♥♥ better than they are.

There's a large icon on the moon map that says campaign. Also, on the destination tab top left corner a few icons shows a description on what is available for you to do.

Mine doesn't have that or any of the icons. That's the problem.

Did someone do it on your account. The only reason why i would know of that you wouldn't be able to do it is because it already done. Do you have things unlocked on the moon like the table next to Eris. If you have the table next to Eris done, it is most likely that you have already done it. Not sure. You could always send a support ticket to Bungie to see too.

Another thing. Do you actually own the dlc. I only say that because I know of some xbox players who dont have the dlc from when it was included in the game pass. I know this is steam but you never know.

You can roast me for asking this, have you activated the product on steam?

Start a new character and get to the part where you can go to orbit, and see if all those indicators are on screen on the destination tab. As far I can tell the icon should be on the moon as you won't travel to any campaigns automatically (unless restarting the game).

I figured it out after doing a lot of searching on google. It turns out the prompt to start the intro quest was there on the Moon map, however it did not have a "Campaign" tag and it's description was very similar to other coop dungeons.

It was only when I found out the name of the actual intro quest that I managed to put 2 and 2 together.

I can do the quest now, but I wish things would have been made a little clearer.

It's a moon campaign, the first thing I do is to look at the moon map for some clickable button...
