Is outbreak perfected any good?

I got this weapon years ago, and its been in my vault for years. Is it worth bringing out for PvE content?

If you have the catalyst for it, Outbreak is scary. It can even be used as DPS in some raid boss encounters when your out of heavy.

its only downside is slow reload, fix that with mods and ur solid

Best DPS primary weapon. If you are out of ammo on raid boss, it may save you.
