"Well of Radiance" and "Empowering Rift" buffs Grenade damage too?

If you read tooltip of the Well of Radiance it grants you "Radiant", which says "Your weapons are enhanced by the power of the traveler and increases damage to foes". Emphasis on "weapons".

While Empowering Rift states "Conjure a well of power that increases weapon damage for those inside it". Again, weapon, meaning guns.
