where can i get caliban's hand exotic ?

Legend lost sectors for your first drop, then it's in the pool and can drop any time you get an exotic.

make sure you are above or at least near the recommended light level, otherwise you are gonna get obliterated

Not sure about it, but I think you also need Witch Queen to be able to get Caliban´s Hand.

These activities are not like strikes or the open world maps, so equip you champion mods, plan your loadout to do it, then take it slow, don't rush it.
