I just started playing destiny 2. Is there a good YouTube guide you would recommend to new players ? Any good tips for starting out ? Bungie doesn't do the best job explaining things for new players.

There is quite alot of content behind the DLC's but still a decent amount to explore and get a feel for the game as a whole, including end game content like dongeuns and raids that eill be free for you. When/if your ready of course.

Follow the guides above and also make sure to just sample a little of everything you have access to. Figure out what you like best, and then focus on that. The new player experience is a mess because of how much ♥♥♥♥ there is thrust on you from the word go. Take your time, experience everything at least once, and then decide what you had the most fun doing. Once you have that, you can start setting goals for yourself and progress doing the things you enjoy, rather than fumbling around trying to figure out everything all at once and end up doing a bunch of stuff you're not having fun with.
