Report a translation problem
Look at it when you're on your character screen rather than when examining the robes directly. Put the cursor on the robes, to get the popup box that shows the stats and mods, etc, see if it says 'Spark of <whatever>' at the bottom.
I'm not 100% sure but wasn't adding a spark a mandatory part of the initial steps of the Solstice quest? So you probably did it to the robes.

The only way for the ember slot to vanish is to apply the spark.
You know you can repurchase a robe from Eva, it will be fully kindled and you can apply a spark to that?
Does the bond have a spark of something slot too or anything ???
Bonds don't have stats unless masterworked or modded, so no.
