Destiny 2 mission stuck

so i logged on yesterday to start the new season, i get going and everything is fine i get my new artifact and i get a quest call ahoy away, now the mission statement says that i need to visit spider in his eth tank i order to see the cut scene of him talking, which at that point i would then get the quest to do season activities, but it just says 0% on the indicator on the left hand top corner when i hit E, and i cant seem to move past this, when i talk to spider its just a blank screen, and its really making me frustrated, ive reinstalled 2 times.

I triple-checked my quests. Nothing was there. However, for some reason, the intro mission where u save the Spider triggered on an alternate character. After this I could talk to Spider on my main. Don't know the reason, but at least it is solved...

if not ... then ... ehm ... need you to make a support ticket i guess? o-o
i mean you do need the season pass for it ... so ... i hope you have that o.o

like explained, look into your quest.
there is a quest called atlas, right click it? or was it left click o.o? iunno.
you then putt the basic map you got into the slot and then at the h.e.l.m. map overview can you start it. mark the quest aswell to find it easier.

it isnt that hard to find tho.

Yea no map, no, no map spot and not mission starting points.
just waiting for a fix maby , just doing my weeklys and that's it.
