LG OLED C2 Gsync stutter

Not sure whats going. Ever since upgrading my LG C1 48 to the new LG C2 42" I am getting crazy stuttering while only playing Destiny 2. Every other game is fine; even on my C1 was buttery smooth. I use the in game Vsync option along with the frame rate cap of 3 fps lower than my refresh rate. Looking for any other OLED users out there. Thanks!
