Can't place Relic in the Helm
Yeah... No button prompt appears in the Helm to place the relic.

When you track the quest is there a quest marker on your UI when you're in the HELM itself? and you're going to the star map, not the command bridge?

Take the relic to the elixni quarter and go to the holographic message thingy. View message, job done

got the same problem... i saw a video on youtube saying the questi si bugged .. i never did the fusion kill on europa but this part is already mark .. and when i got on the right place to finish teh queston on the helm ( i saw a couple of video making it i know where it is) i have nothing appaer to drop it ....

maybe there is something to do to change this buged .. the guy withg who i play can drop it ... so .. it,s juste some people havaing this bugged

Just making sure also, the 'relic' is not the Skeleton Key, you have to play a mission on the seasonal questline called 'Pirate Hideout: The Brute' and you'll pick up an item at the end, this is what the challenge looks for. Saw a few people trying to do it right after receiving the Skeleton Key, so no prompt was showing up because that's the artifact not a 'relic', the relic comes later.

I am having the same issues. The Europa aspect of the quest started at 100% for me and I cannot place the relic in the helm.

Seems like today's patch fixed it for me.

I passed 3 missions as a titan and started to place relics, it only placed 1. Ok, as a warlock I was able to place 2nd. When I wanted to get 3rd, it says that I need to pass Nesus, but it's not showing up.

Season of a bug really.
