piercing sidearm is doing my head in

i though it was fixed as after the server died i used it and had a fun time in my PVEEEEEEEE content and after logging out and now coming on its disabled. i legit cant get my helmet from this lost sector because the game is not allowing me to play.

when will this bs be fixed so i can play the game again?! i dont care that its bugged in pvp, if its bugged in pvp then disable it in pvp its not that bloody hard

because the other options messes my build up while feeling weak. why would i want to use a weak weapon when i can use a stronger? this has been a bug for 2 weeks now, are they planning on doing it the entire season? because it would not surprise me-.-
