How to Leave Fireteam? As Leader with Nobody Else, and As a regular member with a Leader?

On PC. Mouse and keyboard. Tried Tab + O, Tab +Q, all failed. Help.

If you are leader you can leave by either delegating someone else as fireteam leader (go to them in your social page, click on them, then click "Promote to Fireteam Leader.") then leaving, or you can just use the escape button as The Falcon suggested and leave everyone to cry their little eyes out

Escape button? That leads to settings... Esc during what part of the menu? Do I long-press esc?

If you are in activity tab + o, if you are in orbit just Esc and enter. But the fastest way to do it is Esc and change character

Escape button? That leads to settings... Esc during what part of the menu? Do I long-press esc?

I meant press escape, then click on either "Change character" or "Exit to Desktop," either of which will take you out of the fireteam
