linear fusion rifle ammo scavenger bugged?

recently started using stormchaser (swapped from gjally) and i noticed that while i got 2-4 rockets per brick with the rocket launcher scavenger mod, im not getting anything above 1 ammo for linear fusion even with the scavenger from heavy bricks. possibly bugged?

on experimentation i am able to rarely get up to 2 ammo. either this is super low or the rocket launcher scavenger is absurdly busted

I think it's a bug. Most likely because Stormchaser spends 1 round to make 3 shots. So the game thinks it gives you 3 rounds when in fact it only gives you 1.

used queenbreaker, managed to get 9 shots from 1 brick.
