What happened to the older DLC?
I was looking on the playstation and even some older Destiny 2 DLC lists and I noticed that the expansions like Warmind arent in the Steam store. What happened to them? Did they get grouped up with the bigger DLCs?

Hi there!

The year 1 campaign, The Red War, and the DLCs, Curse of Osiris and Warmind, were sent to the Destiny Content Vault and are no longer available.

For more information on the Destiny Content Vault, as well as a very detailed blog article, please review the below site.

Dope! Thank you! I'll check those links out.
Also, does this mean that is Destiny 2 goes into Year 3, (cuz i think this is all Year 2 stuff right now) the DLC being played right now will be sent to the vault and unplayable to make way for Year 3 stuff?

There have been no announcements of any currently available DLC being sent to the content vault at this time. Any announcements of this nature will be made on the blog on Bungie.net.

We are currently in year 5 of Destiny 2, not year 2, Destiny 2 released in 2017. The only thing that was vaulted this year from previous expansions was the Tangled Shore, and thus the Forsaken campaign, which was year 2 content. While we don't know what will be vaulted next, there are still two base game zones (Nessus and EDZ) and the other year 2 zone (Dreaming City) that could be vaulted before any other currently purchasable content. I wouldn't expect anything released from Shadowkeep onward to be vaulted for several years yet.

Curse of Osiris and Warmind are unavailable as are some previous raids in this game, including certain weapons, armor appearances, and previous seasonal story campaigns!

Alrighty. Thanks everybody. I just started playing this game and bought all but two of the DLC (Witch Queen and 30th Anniversary Pack).

Wow, what a baffling decision to make new players not feel welcome. I was interested in wanting to play and was excited to play through all the campaigns for the story but this just killed all of my interest, no thanks. I'll be moving on to something else that doesn't rip content away from old and new players, this vault is nothing but senseless gatekeeping.
