Tutorials Will Not Go Away

Is there a way to disable the tutorials? I keep having issues where I do what it says but then it just never goes away. I just unlocked a subclass power set, i switched to it and right clicked to look at the details. All that the tutorial has told me. Now it wont go away. I reloaded the game and it was still there!! It stalks me and haunts me! XD
But seriously. Can I turn these off somehow? I looked through the options but I didnt see anything for it.

Settings > Gameplay > Show tips to "OFF"
Also press ESC when that tutorial is done or do the things in order that are told in the tutorial to get rid of it.

Thanks. I got it to go away. It got glitched somehow. I did it all right for the new thing I unlocked but it didnt go away. But if i did the steps on what was equipped before, it counted it and went away. XD
