Can I play D2 on 2 computers?
I have a desktop at home, but I also have a gaming laptop now that I move around.4
My question is am I going to be banned for logging from different computer by Battle Eye?

You can play on any platform you want - just not simultaneously. If you launch the game on another system while already logged in, the previous instance will have you booted to the title screen
