Blinding light in pvp?

I noticed during last week's trials that light was insanely bright looking out of the cave in the middle of distant shore. Is there some graphics settings i gotta turn down or is this by design?

Just a graphical issue, it's meant to make it more "realistic". Not sure when I fixed it but the only thing I've done since I last remember it doing it to me is a new monitor and a new GPU, not saying you should go out and buy a 500$ monitor or another 1100$ GPU to fix a small light issue but yeah.

those maps always had a messed up lighting
