So do i still need to buy other dlc expansion?? Beyond light, forsaken etc??
About the DLCs, buy anything that you want to play old or new (Witch Queen) content, but personally I don't recommend you buy everything because it's going to be much to play and to grind.
Or you can buy the old content (Legacy Bundle: Beyond Light, Forsaken, Shadowkeep), grind it and wait for the next sale for WQ.
For playing the game your level up the season pass but if you want to be fast then you need to stack and farm bounties. You are going to need a lot of grimmer for the later.
I love the game but the way Bungie(Developer) has been handling the game has me disappointed.
I suggest looking up youtube vids about current state of destiny 2. Just giving you a heads up if your going to invest time and money with this game.
One of my main reasons is content vaulting. For example, if you buy Shadowkeep DLC, it will probably be removed next year for next expansion Lightfall and be taken out of game and unplayable. So basically Bungie is LEASING the content to you for 2yrs or so, then they take it out to make room for more. So if you buy Witch Queen, you will have it for 2yrs then be removed. Unless they change the whole thing revolving Content Vaulting.
Currently Shadowkeep is $10, so its good deal i guess, but its probably going to be playable until next dlc drops next year in February if no delays.
Again, just a heads up. Other players are fine with this idea of content vaulting so IDK.
The Deluxe is, by far, the best value for money.
But I am speaking as someone that it's playing Destiny since years ago so I can not give you an opinion free from bias about WQ Deluxe and season passes.
