Duality dungeon

So, I’m a returning light to this game and picked up the dlc and been loving it so far. But I wanted to start jumping into the dungeons. Said I required the witch queen dungeon key or to purchase the deluxe edition of the witch queen.
So I bought some silver to purchase the key and now it’s telling me “not enough space”
Is this happening to anyone else?? Is there something I’m missing?

How many quests and bounties do you have? Quests menu, bottom left corner. It might be full

make sure you have space in your quests page

the dungeon drops as a quest first!
